About AYBERK
Precision manufacturing, built on engineering trust.
AYBERK Precision Machinery partners with international product teams to manufacture complex custom parts with speed, discipline and direct technical communication.
Our company
A practical manufacturing partner
We started with a simple idea: customers should be able to talk directly with people who understand their drawings. Today our engineers, machinists and inspectors work as one team from quote review through shipment.
Our production focus is precision CNC milling, turning, mill-turn, EDM, fabrication and finishing coordination. We support prototype validation, bridge production and stable repeat orders.
Customer collaboration
Trusted by Customers. Built Through Partnership.
From factory visits and engineering discussions to long-term production cooperation, AYBERK works closely with customers throughout every stage of the manufacturing process.

Founder story
From CNC Engineer to Founder
Lu Xun has spent more than 16 years in precision CNC machining, with hands-on experience built directly on the shop floor.
Before founding AYBERK, he worked closely with machines, drawings and production challenges every day—experience that shaped his belief that quality comes from understanding the part, respecting the process and controlling every detail.
AYBERK was founded from that same mindset: a commitment to better manufacturing, practical engineering and long-term customer relationships.
“A good part starts with understanding the drawing. A good partnership starts with one order and grows through trust.”
Why AYBERK
Practical engineering, disciplined production and direct communication
Engineering access
Discuss manufacturability directly with people who understand drawings and production constraints.
Controlled execution
Process planning, in-process checks and revision control protect repeatable results.
International support
Responsive communication, export-ready packaging and practical logistics coordination.
How we work
Clear ownership from drawing to delivery
Review the intent
We look beyond dimensions to understand interfaces, loads, finishes and inspection needs.
Plan the process
Fixturing, tooling, machining sequence and verification are defined before the first cut.
Communicate early
Manufacturing concerns are raised before production—not after parts are complete.
Protect repeatability
Approved revisions, process notes and inspection history support repeat orders.
